Developed in partnership with Argyle, this project completed in Mid 2025 comprised 11 residential land allotments and a childcare centre.

All allotments were strategically sold to a single purchaser, reducing capital requirements and de-risking the project for our Tier 1 funding partner, while delivering a strong return. A national tenant was secured  for the Child Care Centre prior to completion allowing the project to meet growing demand for both housing and childcare services in the area.
