Director

Ben is the dynamic force behind Argyle Projects, blending leadership, vision, and industry expertise. He has managed over $200 million worth of projects and, as the General Manager of the Projects Division, played a key role in growing a local builder from constructing 100 homes to becoming one of South Australia’s Top 10 Builders over five years.

Ben specialises in acquisition, contract negotiations, development management from inception to completion and possesses unparalleled knowledge of Planning Regulations and Building Codes & Standards. He has facilitated and worked on multiple joint ventures and investor-based opportunities, understanding the respect and trust essential to these relationships and investments.

Jackson Richman

Development Manager

As a Development Manager at Argyle Projects, Jackson oversees the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. .Jackson is a driven and detailed-orientated Development Manager with experience delivering over $500 million in residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. With a background in both government and private sectors, he brings expertise in site acquisition, feasibility, approvals and construction delivery.

Having worked on major urban renewal projects like Bowden with Renewal SA, Jackson is skilled in navigating planning frameworks and managing stakeholder relationships. His hands-on approach, strategic thinking and clear communication style make him a valuable asset to Argyle Projects, particularly across complex developments requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders and government agencies.

Gabriella Cutri

Planning and Development Coordinator

Gabriella is a qualified urban planner with over a decade of experience in local government, specialising in strategic planning, policy development and development assessment. Holding a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours), she has worked on a wide range of planning initiatives including Code Amendments,  community engagement and the assessment of complex residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Her in-depth knowledge of planning legislation and ability to communicate clearly and effectively make her a valuable asset on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. At Argyle Projects, Gabriella supports early-stage feasibility, leads council and government liaison, and prepares detailed planning reports and high-quality marketing material. Known for her collaborative approach and strong customer service ethic, Gabriella is an integral member of the team.
