Our project in Pasadena is comprised of three single-storey detached dwellings conveniently located on the corner of Southern Avenue and Western Avenue. Our profound understanding of the Planning Code, combined with effective acquisition and due diligence processes led us to achieve Planning Consent in just 90-days, followed swiftly by a site start in August 2024. Completed in May 2025,, we are thrilled by the addition of these architecturally designed homes to our finished portfolio. We initially set a total expected value of $2,660,000, however with all home now sold we have achieved a total actual project value of $2,865,500.
